The name speaks for itself, or does it? We put a lot of thought into the fantasy name for room 106 at our hotel, but the solution came from our elementary school-aged grandson, Bercel, who immediately figured out that the wallpaper features compasses. The room’s extravagant and unique character is complemented by light-colored furniture. Speaking of compasses and light: the room is northwest-facing, offering guests resting on the terrace a view of evergreen-filled scenery, positioned roughly halfway between the street front and the back yard.
